I figured you hadn't, and I debated not to, since you are the host after all.

Are you asking what our plans are for 2014??

I sortof have a resolution, I want to stop wasting so much time on the computer or otherwise, I guess to be more intentional about how I spend my time.

And to memorize 1 whole Psalm a month.

I'm starting with Psalm 146.

Well let's see.. In a little over a week, SIL gets married, a week after the wedding, MIL is throwing me a baby shower, and a little under 3 weeks after the shower, my due date rolls around. Sometime between all that, we need to work in a last weekend visit to my parents 3 hours away before our son is born. With a new baby, things aren't likely to settle down any time soon, but it'll be a happy busy.

Edited to add- tomorrow I have a prenatal massage! I can't wait for it! Another thing to add to my hectic schedule. Here's hoping this helps me relax.

I don't know which 2014 chat to use!!!! I say lets just go for this one with it all

Dh bought a skidoo. He is thrilled. I think after I go on a ride on it, I will like it too. It seems to be a pattern, dh wants to buy something, I think it's unnecisary/ridiculous/too much money. Then in the end I'm glad he went for it. I guess I'll be glad there's one of us that's very practical and one that's more fun.

I'm not sure yet how big of a fan I'm going to be.

I'm in the process of redoing #5's room. She moved in with her sister when my nephew moved in, and I kept them sharing a room even though nephew moved out 14 months ago. I ripped the carpet out in November, so it's about time I get to it. I painted 2 walls and the closet yesterday, now the trim and closet doors, and then i'll put a new floor in. Hope to have it done in the next 10 days (because I'm a realist).

I don't mind doing that kind of thing, I just wish I had just a few days to keep at it and get it done. I did get get the trim and doors painted, so it's all ready to put the floor in. I think I'll get it done next week.

I decided a while ago that I want to do a painting. Not that I know how but I'm going to give it a try. I have a canvas and paint, and obviously, a big dose of optimism. I think I'll start this afternoon.

Haha, my painting kind of looks like it was done by a 12 year old, but dd likes it.

I catch up on everything occasionally, but it takes about half a day for it all to fall apart.

I'm putting the floor in her room today, and hope to get it done, if not completely done then close to it.

Dh and I are going to a concert tonight

What kind of flooring are you doing ? I would love to rip the carpet out of our 3 bedrooms......

I took Kyren to the optometrist today, She has been wearing glasses to correct a lazy eye. When we started this they told us they can correct it in young children up to a certain age. Then after that it is what it is. They say her eye sight is good 1 point under 20/20 but the new optometrist that took over for our original optometrist said she will always have to wear glasses. So I have no clue if this new lady is a quack or if I miss understood......
