Well, one big difference is Catholics believe that you must go through a priest to have your sins forgiven. That he must take your sins to God. We believe that each person is their own priest, so to speak. We can take our own sins to God through Jesus Christ and have them forgiven. So, instead of our sins going through a fallible, sinful man, our sins go straight to God through our Savior.

~~Catholics believe that if you are a good person and you do good works, then that will get you to Heaven.
We believe that the only way to get to Heaven is through Jesus Christ. And that it's by faith, not works, lest any man should boast.
~~Catholics believe that they must go to a priest (as someone mentioned above), and confess their sins.
We go straight to God. He can hear us, and forgive us.
~~ Catholics practically worship Mary. They hold her up on a pedistal.
We believe that because Mary found favor in the eyes of God, he chose her to carry his son Jesus, and bring him to this earth. Mary was just the envelope so to speak. What mattered was what she delivered. She was not sinless, noone is sinless except for God.
~~Catholics believe that when someone dies, they go into a place called "purgatory". This is where they are held until enough prayers are made for them. AKA, when the church decides that they have been given enough money for candles, ceremonies and such. Then they come out of purgatory, and go into Heaven.
We believe that unless a person was born again/saved/accepted Christ as their Savior, they cannot enter into the kingdom of God. No matter how "good" they were on this earth, and no matter how many prayers are prayed for them once they die. If they did not posses the Holy Spirit within their hearts, they will not be found in Heaven.
