Hi all, I don't know if you read my post from last week about the horrible experience we had at a church we were trying out. Well anyway, we went to another one today and we had a great time. Natalie did the same thing, she went for ten min. and said goodbye fine but they had to bring her to us because she was screaming again. I guess she will just have to get used to going and leaving us. We really enjoyed the service today and the people were really friendly. I am excited. I hope this is the place for us. I am thinking of going to the MOPS program they have there. Is anyone else a member of this organization? I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday

I'm so glad you had a better experience today at church! Don't worry....you're little one will get use to it as long as you are consistant about going every week. Once she recognizes faces there, it'll get less and less scary for her. I've never heard of MOPS. What is it?

MOPS is a christian program for Moms Of PreeSchoolers. I'll post the website. There are links to find the one near you. I've never been so from what I understand, you go to the church that participates and there is child care provided. You meet with other Mom's and have a breakfast and listen to a guest speaker or do other activities. The one here meets twice a month.

I've heard of MOPS. It sounds like a good program - a great way to meet other mums. Hope you enjoy it (and the new church!)

I'm so glad you had a better experience, and I hope your little one gets used to being apart from you for just a little while soon.
