I just wanted to share with you all that my little sister went forward today in church. I was in the nursery, so I missed it, but she told the pastor that she wasn't 100% sure about her salvation and wanted him to come talk to her at her house soon about it. She's 20 and made a profession of faith when she was like 7, but hasn't had a change in her life. I think she was just scared into it then----you know, fire insurance. She was notably emotional when I met her after church. I think she is having a heart change. I told her I was really proud of her b/c I KNOW she is not one to get up in front of people and that was brave of her. I also told her I was so glad b/c I have been praying for her and her husband for some time now. All I can say is Praise God!!! and I'm so thankful for answered prayer.

That is really great. What a brave young gal and how wonderful she will start to feel the power of the Holy Spirit work in her life.

Yes....it's wonderful. You guys would see what a miracle this is if you knew my sister. She usually needs a shove to get her just in the door of the church, much less down the isle! She is generally a very self-centered person and is very stubborn. I'm so excited to see how God is going to use her life in a positive way. I am also so excited about this for my little niece's sake. My sister was only 17 when she had her (she just turned 3) and I really want to see her raised in a christian home. We could use all the prayers we can get now for my sister's husband. He needs to know the Lord too. His name is Bo. My sister is going to try to get her appointment with the paster for a time when Bo can be there too. He usually works from 4:30 AM to 8:30 PM, so God is going to have to step in here.
