Oh, I hope I didn't offend, lol. I've just never seen the white clothes worn durin a baptism except for in the mormon baptisms. I was raised mormon until I left that religioun at 12 years old, I was forced to be baptized by them at 8 years old and that's the only time I've ever see the white clothes. I'm so excited for you baptism! Congratulations!

Oh, it didnt offend me! They had the robes there and told us we could wear them if we wanted, so we just put them on over our own clothes

Our church has old tshirts you can wear so you can put your dry shirt back on if you want.

We made sure to take dry clothes! I wore my socks into the water too b/c I dont like people seeing my feet

Thanks! It does feel awesome! I'd never been to a baptism, so I didnt know what to expect.

Oh no! Please don't take it like that! I didn't mean it like that! I was "rolling the eyes" at myself for assuming that's how everyone did it! I am SOOOO sorry!
