Three things I am thankful for this morning:
1. So far this pg has been great. I don't have morning sickness and l'm not that tired.
2. My son is so kind and sweet and loving.
3. The weather has been just beautiful this past week.

1. All my church family and family....they have been so wonderful this past two weeks.

2. My daughter's health~she has asthma, but maybe has grown out of it b/c she hasn't had any issues with it or had to use her nebulizer since early last spring.

3. All the rain we have gotten~I live in a very dry area and we always see rain as a blessing when we get it!

This was just Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, so I have had a lot to reflect on!

1. I am thankful for my little Aiden, who is such a good boy...it's amazing to think that soon he will be a year old!

2. I am thankful for my husband, and that we celebrated 2 years of marriage yesterday. We really do have a great marriage, and I feel so blessed to have him in my life.

3. I am thankful for my parents. They are so loving and ready to help out. I just called my Mom because I don't have a snowsuit for Aiden and I will need one soon, I have been looking around here but can't find anything. She lives in a huge metropolis, so I thought she might have better "luck." She said that she would go look around, and as soon as I hung up, she went out the door.

4. I am thankful for the phone. My brother just called me today, and I haven't heard from him in awhile (this is the one who isn't saved). We had a nice chat, it was so nice to reconnect.

5. I am so thankful for my husband's family. They are the family that lives close by, and so we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving together. We also do Christmas together. We really have a great time laughing and eating and celebrating. Steve's Dad and stepmom are often willing to babysit Aiden for us as well, which is so nice for us. We really love and appreciate them.

6. I am thankful for good friends. I have made so many good Christian friends in the past year, both online and off. We started going to a new church in January, and since then I have met lots of mothers like me and have had a chance to connect with them, and it has just blessed and refreshed me.

7. I am thankful for our home. I know it is just an apartment, but it is ours. We are so comfortable and happy here. I know that there are a lot of homeless people in the world today, and I feel so blessed to be able to have a home to come to, a place that is warm and safe and a bed that I can lay my head down on every night.

8. I am thankful that my husband has a job. I know that unemployment in this province is a huge issue, and I am so thankful that Steve has a good job, that he likes most of the time and that he is so good at. I know that the type of nursing that he does isn't the nicest kind, but he has such a good heart and just does everything out of love. I am so blessed to have him work so I can stay home with Aiden.

So much to be thankful for!!
