I am somehow still confused as to which book. I guess it's b/c the title posted isn't exactly either of these titles.

The paperback is the work book that I am doing, I didn't know there was an actual book. I hope I can find the book to just look at it, because if it's a condensation of what I have already learned, then I won't be getting it, but I think since I am doing the homework 5 days a week, I will probably know what all you ladies are talking about anyways.
