Silver Wealth Ritual

This is one of my personal favorites. This is an "old" spell (at least 7 years) and was introduced to me by a friend. Parts of this spell may have come from a book, I am unsure if his source was his own originality or if it was partially borrowed. If you do recognize any part of this, please do post the original source for credit! Thanks!

-This spell requires 14 or 15 "pieces of silver" (i.e. you'll need coins, but only nickles, quarters, dimes, half dollars, or silver dollars- don't use pennies or colored treated coins unless they are silver colored)
-A large bowl or cauldron that is silver colored.
-A windowsill that receives full moonlight at night.
-A symbol in mind that represents you.
-A red candle

Spell Preparation: Make note of the next New Moon on your calendar, this is the evening that your spell preparation will begin. Especially note at what time the moon is completely New. Cleanse your coins of any energy carried by previous owners of the coins. Any energy cleansing spell will do. Store your coins in a sacred location where they will not come into contact with any energy other than your own (I have a box dedicated to this purpose, but anywhere secure will do. A jewelry box full of jewelry you wear would be excellent so long as no one else uses the box). On the night of the new moon wait until after the appointed time of the crest of the new moon so that you are certain the new moon has begun waxing to full. Take your first coin and sit with it for a moment. Envision the coin increasing and multiplying and envision all of the coins returning to you. Place the coin on the windowsill where it will be touched by the "light" of the waxing moon (you won't see any light on new moon night obviously, but the energy will still be there). Set your alarm to wake up before dawn so you can remove the coin from the windowsill and put it in your safe box before the sun rises. Make certain that you keep two separate piles within your box of coins that have been charged by the moon and those that have not been charged yet.

On the next night take out the first coin you charged and another coin. Envision both coins going out into the world, multiplying, and all the coins returning to you. Put these 2 coins on the windowsill in the "light" of the waxing moon. Repeat this process every night, adding another coin each night, until you have laid all coins out on the night before the Full Moon (should take 14 or 15 nights to go from New Moon to the night before Full Moon). Yes, this will require you to get up before dawn every night for 2 weeks. This spell requires dedication!!

On the night of the Full Moon it is time for your Spell!

Spell: Fill your silver bowl with water. If you have moon water (water charged by a full moon and kept out of sunlight), even better! Cast your circle, call your quarters, and do any other preparations you feel led to do to create your sacred space. This ritual requires meditation, so make certain you will not be disturbed. Light your red candle. Gather your silver coins and hold them in your hands. Prepare for meditation. (trick- if you do better with guided meditation you can tape yourself leading this mediation and then play it back for yourself during ritual).

Envision yourself standing in a meadow on a bright, cool Spring evening at midnight. The black sky is filled with the light of a brilliant silvery full moon. You are wearing a white dress. You can feel the cool grass under your bare feet. A light breeze plays with your hair and stirs goosebumps on your arms. Before you is a large, dark hill, and in the side of this hill you can see a deeper darkness. You walk closer, and can see that the deep darkness is a cave. A soft red glow emanates from deep within the cave. A warm breeze wafts out of the cave and gently warms your cool arms. The cave feels safe and inviting. You sense the presence of a mystery. From within the cave you can hear the sound of heavy metal banging onto heavy metal. It is a steady, rhythmical CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. You feel intrigued and you walk into the cave. A path leads down gently below the hill. The tunnel is wide and the ground is smooth and warm. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. The red light grows stronger as you walk further into the cave. You glance behind you and you can still see the bright light of the moon illuminating the entrance of the cave. As you walk further into the cave, the bright light of the moon grows dimmer and dimmer as the red light grows. The floor of the cave also grows warmer. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. The sound of metal hitting metal grows louder as you walk further down the cave tunnel. The light of the moon at the entrance is just a small glow behind you now. Ahead the red glow becomes more and more brilliant. The light seems to dance and hop around a dark center. As you grow closer, you begin to see that the dark center is the figure of a man. Fire seems to dance around him. His back is towards you, and you see a large heavily muscled back and thick muscled arms. He is swinging a large iron hammer over his head with one arm and is bringing it down to meet an object in front of him. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. You sense the presence of a great, mysterious force. You are perspiring slightly now. The cave is very warm, the floor is warm beneath your feet. You approach the man and have plenty of room to step around him to see what he is working on. His great arm swings the hammer high and brings it down to crash CLUNK against a large block sitting on an iron anvil. The man hammers that block CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. He then lifts the block with a pair of tongs and underneath it you see a fire red disc. The man grasps the disc with his tongs and turns to a large silver cauldron of water. He plunges the disc into the water SSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH! and white steam billows up from the cauldron. You look up, following the steam, and see a large round hole in the ceiling of the cave. The hole is filled with the face of the bright, white moon. The steam dances up through the hole and escapes into the cool evening air. You look back at the cauldron and see that the man is holding the disc out of the water so that you can see it in the light of the moon. A symbol is stamped on a silver disc. You step closer to the cauldron for a better look. You see your personal symbol stamped on a silver coin. You look up at the man but can't quite make out his face in the steam and the red and silver light of the cave. You feel him hand you the tongs. They are hard and hot in your grasp. Then he hands you the hammer. It is heavy. He gestures that you should approach the anvil and you see a small fiery red disc waiting for you there. You use the tongs to place the iron stamp block on top of the coin and you swing the hammer over your head and bring metal down to meet metal. CLUNK. The hammer feels right in your grasp, your aim is sure. You swing again. CLUNK. You can feel the stamp being pressed into the molten coin. CLUNK. You lift the stamp block away and use the tongs to carry your coin to the cauldron. You submerge the coin SSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH! watching the steam dance up to meet the moon. When you lift your coin from the cauldron you see a perfect, shiny silver coin with your symbol clearly stamped upon it. At the foot of the cauldron you notice a box and the first coin laying within it. You add your freshly minted coin to the box. The blacksmith is gone. And yet, at the anvil is another fiery red disc. You return to the anvil and stamp another coin. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. You turn to the cauldron SSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH!! Bright, bright moon. Coin placed in the box. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. SSSSSSHHHHHHhH! Bright moon. Box of silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. SSSSSHHHHHHHH! Silver Moon. Silver Box. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. SSSSHHHHHH! Silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK. SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK Your arms begin to feel warm as you swing the hammer. SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. Perspiration pours down your face, dampens your dress, cools you. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! The box of silver shimmers in the moonlight. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. CLUNK, CLUNK, CLUNK SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!! Silver. You turn to the anvil yet again and find no red disc waiting for you. Your box of silver is full. You pick up the box and find that the cool of the evening beckons to you. You can still see the faint glow of the moon at the entrance of the tunnel. You turn your back to the fire and begin to walk towards that faint glow. The path rises gently up to the surface. You still feel the warmth of the fire on your back as you begin to feel a cool breeze on your face. The warmth fades slowly as you grow nearer to the surface. The glow of the moon grows brighter and larger. You find the perspiration has dried on your clothing and face. Your arms no longer ache. As you step out of the cave and back into the evening meadow you feel refreshed and energized by the moon light.

Return from your meditation. You should still have your coins in your hands, warmed by your touch. Position yourself within tossing distance of your silver bowl cauldron. Take each coin individually and concentrate for a moment on envisioning your symbol stamped on that coin. Envision your coin going out into the world and multiplying and all those multiples returning to you. Now, "temper" your coin by passing it through the flame of the candle and saying these words:

SILVER FLAME AND SILVER SPELL

And "quench" your coin by tossing it into the silver cauldron/bowl while saying these words:

SILVER COIN IN SILVER WELL

Repeat with each coin. This should be a continuous motion so that both lines are said together as the coin is passed through the flame and tossed into the bowl.

Once all the coins are in the bowl, you may meditate one more time on the coins multiplying and returning to you. Close your ritual space. Leave ASAP and take the coins with you and buy things with them (I like to buy lottery tickets. Even if I don't win, the real spell is in getting the money into circulation). You can spend more than the coins, but the coins should be the first money you spend after this ritual. Get them all out of your possession as soon as possible so they can go out into the world, collect more coins, and return to you!

Enjoy!

Thanks! Friends and I have also used this spell for charities before (back when the economy was better). Instead of stamping your personal symbol on your coins you can have a specific charity in mind and a symbol that represents that charity. You would envision the money increasing and enriching your charity. Also, if the rule of 3 applies then your good will will come back to you 3 times over!
