Place candles in bathroom, no specific order, unless you do, as a usual matter. Run bath water. Before it is completely full, lay/sit in tub. Let water surround you. Think of the current problem that is plaquing you. Do not relax. Do not enjoy this water. Let it fill as full as it can, be comfortable, just not relaxed. Focus on your issue (one at a time). Then sit focused for only about a minute. Let the water out from the drain, as it becomes about half way down, stand up directly and step out of the tub, leaving your "issue" to drain all on its own. Dry yourself off. Blow out your candles while either saying outloud or thinking it, I leave my "___________" issue here to drain without me, I will not let it drain me anymore.
You can also let the water completely drain with you in the tub and say that you are completely drained of this issue and it will no longer bother you. I like to step out of the tub, as it has a more profound effect.

I have a difficult time falling asleep. I toss and turn, so I do this at night while I'm in bed too. I'm usually out in 5 minutes no kidding. I just breath in white/positive and release black/negative into the ground. I try to not focus on anything but that.... I can't believe how fast I zonk out...
