What are your plans for this weekend and for fathers day?


My in-laws are coming tomorrow and staying the night so tonight I have to clean and get ready for guests.
I plan to SLEEP and beat this cold.
Sat night we are invited to a pool party. So Sat I have to shop for a bathing suit to wear. I don't want to spend alot of money on it, so I may just go to Kohls and see what I can find on sale.
Sunday is Fathers Day, we are going to hang out and have lunch at home and then take the baby out to Friendy's for IceCream with Daddy.

Should be pretty mellow! Will be nice to have a baby-free night!

Your weekend sounds fun Cyndee!

On Saturday, I'm working. For the 8th day in a row. And no, it's not like it's half days, they're full 8 hour days. And I don't get to leave for a lunch break. I'm so burnt out and I feel like a horrible mom. Ok, mini work rant over. Sorry!

Sunday I have the day off. We're going over to my parents house to swim in their pool while they're out of town.

My sister and BIL are on their way to Austin. They will be here until Sun morning. Not sure what we will do, but I do know tomorrow me and sis will be getting pedicures. Sunday when they leave, Meg has a father's day gift for DH and we will be doing lunch at Dave & Busters.

I think I might have dh come with me tomorrow morning to help me close up my classroom for the summer. We have to have everything shoved in a corner and coverup the bookcaseswith paper andstuff. I've already done most of it but he canhelp me finish so all I have to do on monday is turn in my keys.

My mom wants to see Zohan later tomorrow too so I might attempt going to my first movie with lilly.

Sunday is an 8 mile run.

Today (friday), Kevin had a mandatory picnic for work. (I just get a kick out of the phrase "mandatory picnic", but anyways... lol) It was actually a lot of fun and I met some really nice people. I also finally met his CO and was amazed at how nice he was. He has 3 kids- 2 adopted and he told me a great story about the adoption process. And London seemed to like him better than anyone else she met that day lol! I felt like we hit it off, so yay. Now dh is working until 8 so we probably won't do much else.
Saturday- absolutely no plans. I'll probably be running around trying to throw together some last minute father's day gift.
Sunday- bowling with another couple we know with a baby. I'm pretty much the worst bowler on the planet so it should be interesting- but really fun.

jacob and i went shopping today, DH works tomorrow then he may go out with the boys tomorrow night, Sunday we are going over to my dad's for father's day. I have to make a mud pie tomorrow for dessert for father's day and start marinating the chicken. we're bbq'ing at my dads, maybe going swimming there too, but it's a public pool so I'm not decided yet. If there are other people there at the pool then no we won't go.

Friday we had a BBQ, Saturday mornign we`ll be going to the beach, sunday fathers day hubby works, while hes at work me and nadia and denis will make his card or go to the store and buy one or something.
