Twitter for Toddlers? | Kids | Family | Mainstreet

Yes, you read that right. There is a new form of 'twitter' just for toddlers. Somehow I don't think this will catch on, but I could be wrong!

Ummm, okay.

The really sad thing is there is probably a larger portion of the population then I care to think about who would actually think this is a good idea.

I refuse to go on Twitter anyway because frankly, I am not that interesting. So I am clearly not going to give my child a twitter page of her own. I liked the part about Dad checking his kid's tweets but not really knowing whether the kid pushed the button or if the dog happened to be sitting on the keyboard instead.

um, yeah, that won't be happening in our house! 1) I don't even have a twitter account, and 2) Kenz isn't supposed to touch the computer.... it ends up sticky, or emails sent to my boss before I was ready...

There are much better ways to teach your child communication. Somehow, I don't think this program will really help them out in any way. Like the article said, some people have way too much free time on their hands!
