This is something I just started planning!
-Build a deck out back.
-Refloor the living room, kitchen and dining room.
-Paint the master bedroom.
-Finish the guest bath remodel (it's only been sitting that way for 5 years now)
-Repaint the exterior trim.

1. Fence in the Yard
2. Repaint the house (yellow has to go)
3. Replace tub and remodel full bath upstairs.
4. Paint the half bath and update sink and cabinet.
5. Setup the guest bedroom with the queen bed (need a platform frame) and have a nice spare room.

1. re do our front sidewalk with pavers or stamped concrete...maybe this spring we have to see how things go

2. re seal and stain our deck, needs to be done every other year, planning to do it in april or may

3. refinish our basement that was demolished in the flood, not in any hurry for that one

4. put a master bed/bath addition on....this will happen in the next few yrs if we don't decide to move

5. repaint exterior or put up siding

1) Hang my display shelves in my office for my diecast collection.

2) Landscaping. Our entire front yard is dirt, rocks and weeds. We tried last year to get some fill and had no luck, so this year we may just dump a bunch of top soil on it, seed it and be done with it. We'll see...

3) Organize the basement - it's a maze of boxes and stuff that has never been unpacked. I think I just need to get a dumpster and trash a bunch of it.

4) Stain the front door - it's the replacement door after the break-in and it's still in it's unfinished state. Looks fine, but will look nicer stained.

5) Build stairs from the back deck to the yard. It was a complete oversight when we built the house and designed the deck. We didn't want to incur the delay to change it (deck was being finished literally days before we moved in) so we let it go. Not really needed, but a definite nice to have.

1. Finish the basement
2. Fix the yard. We cut down 2 trees last year which left big dirt spots and the moles have overtaken our yard.
3. Get new flooring in all 3 bedrooms.
4. Add skylights to the livingroom.
5. Hire a decorator?

Nothing to this house we are renting but will have a few things we have to do: some are small but these items will not be done.

fence put up
landscaping
blinds up
toilet paper roll holder

Our other house: I want to repaint and remove the carpet when the renter leave. I might be able to repaint (hire someone since we are not going down there.
