Wow Cyndee, I'm impressed! That menu sounds fancy! BTW, how do you cook crab? It is one of my favorite foods but I have always been too scared to cook it myself.

No meal plan yet, I'll plan mine around Wednesdays ads. Tonight is chicken w/ basil cream sauce and tomorrow is crockpot salsa chicken.

I am trying to get back to healthier eating and excersising now that my headaches are under control.

Basically my lunch plan all week involves salad.

Dinner plans so far...

Tonight: Breadcrumb coated chicken w/ garlic mushrooms. For DH and Sam I will make alfredo and we will all have steamed carrots. I am having a salad.

Tuesday: Asian salmon w/ rice (which I'll go easy on), salad and some tyoe of veg. Sam will probably have ham steak.

Wednesday: Quinoa stuffed peppers with salad. Not sure what I will do for Sam yet.

Thursday - Saturday... no idea yet but probably one night of red meat, chicken and vegetarian or fish.

Sunday - We are going to FILs for a BBQ.

WE have a steamer like this we take the baskets out and lay the crab in and shrimp in dusted with old bay.

Pretty easy.

Not set in stone, but a rough idea:

Today: John and the boys will have leftover chicken soup from the freezer. I'll be at work.
Tomorrow: Sesame chicken with stir-fried veggies and rice
Wednesday: Whatever John scares up. Probably another frozen dinner.
Thursday: Spaghetti and garlic bread
Friday: Not sure yet. Might let Liam pick dinner.
Saturday: Tofu fried rice (DH's specialty. He owes me since he got out of cooking on Mother's Day!)
Sunday: Either BBQ some burgers and dogs or make pizzas. My family is coming over.

Nothing planned yet. We have lacrosse tonight and will eat out, so I don't have to think about dinners until tomorrow.
