I just found out my son was accepted into preschool!! He is three and it couldn't have been more perfect timing!! Now we will save $325 a month on daycare expenses so when the baby is born, 4 months after birth we can afford to put the baby in daycare! I had no idea how we would afford $650 dollars of childcare a month! Whew!

That's great! You only spend $325 a month on childcare? Wow , that's lucky. We spend over $700 a month just on my dd. She's almost 2, so it will go down some, but not that much. It's even more with an infant. I was really stressing how we would pay for two, but dh and I are both getting pay increases.

In Phoenix we would spend $700 a month too in child care, but the cost of living is way less here in El Paso (so is the freaking pay).

Yipee! What great news! Child care costs are so high, but what's a person to do if staying home is simply not an option?
