I am starving (stupid hormones! ) so I am inspired to do a food thread! What's on the menu tonight?

We're having a recipe from Rachael Ray (though I don't watch her often). It's pork chops marinated in an orange/soy sauce served with homemade applesauce (so good!) and oven roasted green beans and red potatoes.

I am so hungry right now I don't trust myself not to scarf down the applesauce!

Thanksgiving leftovers for us tonight. We'll be having ham grilled on the stove, sweet potato casserole, corn casserole and some rolls. Gotta get rid of those leftovers so they don't haunt me all weekend!

I think I'll be having leftovers for the next 2 weeks! With 20 people at our Thanksgiving we made a lot of Turkey. Someone forgot to take their giant bag of leftovers so we're stuck with double. We split all of our leftovers between 6 families to avoid being stuck with too much food for 2 people. Oh well. At least DH's drunk poker buddies ate a good portion of our turkey last night.
