This is one of the best meals and is so cheap! I bought ground turkey meat (had a $5.00 mail in rebate) so free and this is my recipe.

1 lb Ground Turkey meat
1 can string beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 sm. onion
4-5 sm. potatoes
1 cup cheese
seasonings to taste

Cook turkey meat with onion until brown; drain. Then stir in string beans & corn. Now while the turkey meat is cooking have your potatoes cooking as well! I smashed my potatoes with a little milk & butter. Spread the turkey mixture in a casserole dish then spread the potatoes over top! Sprinkle with cheese and bake until heated through! It is super cheap per serving and is a well balanced meal!

Glad you liked it! Also it is nice because you can change it up by adding different veggies and makes it a little different each time!
