Brown 1 lb ground beef (I suppose you could use turkey too) with 1 med chopped onion.
Drain fat.
Add 1 can Cream of Chicken soup, 1 can Fench Onion soup, 3 cups cooked rice, and 8 oz cheese (shredded or cubed, cheddar, monterey jack, whatever you prefer).
Put in ungreased baking dish. Top with 8 oz shredded cheese.
Bake covered at 350 for 20 minutes, then uncovered until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serves 6 or so.

Prices:

meat: 1.49 or less
Onion-? probably about 15-25 cents
C of C, FO soups: $1 or less each=2
16 oz cheese: 2.50
Rice: ??? I haven't bought rice in awhile, probably less than a buck for what you need.

About 7 bucks or so

Yummy that sounds good, I'm thinking of making it tonight. I might throw some tomatoes in there too.
