OK... so I had to have something peanut butter the other night, and I looked and looked and found a PB brownie recipe and made it my own and voila! Delish peanut butter cup brownies!
you will need:
1/2 c peanut butter (.50)
1/3 c margarine (.10)
1 c sugar (.10)
1/4 c brown sugar (.05)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs (.25)
3/4 c flour (.10)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
8 mini reese's cups, opened and cut in half (top to bottom) (.50)
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together PB, margarine, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat until mixed well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. mix well. Pour into greased 8x8 inch pan. Next, take your mini reese's cups and and press them into the batter in various places. Make sure they get covered with batter--if they don't, use your spoon and smooth batter over them.
Bake for 30 minutes. They'll still look gooey. They should. They'll set as they sit. After cooled, cut and enjoy. Be careful: they're addictive.
