So ladies they ran my beta I guess super fast today! I wasnt even home yet and they had called me with my Beta results from today!
So my results went from 157 to 451!!!!
I am super happy it more than doubled! My nurse that I spoke with this morning told me that she would be looking for 250 or over...so I went over that completely! She was telling me that since they do blood every 48 hrs they like to see a 60% increase. I guess it makes sense since they say that your beta doubles every 72 hrs right?
Anyways, so we started talking and I told her that if she thought it was just one baby. and she was like well your first number was a good number and you also came in a day early. Shes like if the # would have been 200 or more than it could be a sign of twins, and shes like plus you can in a day early so the beta would have been higher if you would have done it friday instead of thurs. So shes like we will see your numbers today. I was like ok
Then when she called me for the results shes like, 451! I was like no way! shes like yup! So I asked her sooo do you think this could mean more than one? and shes like ehhhhhhh I dont know...it doubled quite a lot but we just cant know for sure. So shes like lets hope for just one super healthy baby! She says my doctor doesnt like to see twins b.c it becomes a high risk preg. So I told her Im fine with w/e happens!
So I did my calculations and my beta's are doubling everyday! So Im trying to picture if I would have kept my orignal beta date on friday and then todays beta would have been tomorrow...it might have been even higher!
So we shall see what happens. There are 2 of my friends that say that both ABSOLUTELY implanted...but my instict I feel its just one. She told me to go back in on Monday for more bloodwork then I can probably schedule my u/s depending how my numbers grew! Yay!

Awesome numbers!! My beta doubled every 35 hours and we're not sure if there's twins in there or not. lol.
I'd say there's a good possibility that it's twins - but beta numbers cant really predict it since each women is different... Whens your first u/s?

Congrats! Can't wait to get your ultrasound results. We only saw one our first ultrasound and were surprised with two at the second one. One must have been hiding behind the other.
My RE doesn't like twins either.
