I was trying to get mostly gender neutral big stuff in case we have a girl next, but there aren't that many color combinations to choose from with Maclaren. This is the umbrella stroller that can actually hold an infant seat. If I bought it, I would bring back the snap and go I got at my shower yesterday and just use this instead.

Do you think it's too boy with the blue accents? Have you heard any good or bad things about this stroller? I love Maclarens, but I don't know anyone that has this certain model that works like a travel system.

actually Lauren, I picked a stroller that has a ton of blue in it. I just figured if we have a girl I could put a pink blanket in it and or she will be dressed in pink

I know loads of people with the xlr, they all love it, (as does anyone who owns a maclaren!!). The only person I know with the travel system says the carseat is fantastic and it fits great on the chassis, it looks a bit flimsy compared to the graco systems, but then it weighs less than half!!. They recommend it over buying a big, bulky travel system and then at 6 months buying a maclaren as they cant catch a bus or its too heavy to put in the car.

Also my pram is navy and beige and its not boyish, and little girls cant escape pink clothes, so a blue stroller would be a break!!

I havn't hear much about that brand, but it looks really cute! And like Toni said, you could always use accents like blankets to girl it up a little more if you wanted to.

I like it! We have a travel system and I love it, but I don't mind a big stroller. We do want to get a Maclaren umbrella stroller though since everyone says they are great.

I didn't know Maclaren's made umbrella strollers that can hold infant carries!

I bought a travel system AND a Maclaren umbrella stroller. Maclaren's are amazing though. And I think the baby blue works well for both boys and girls - you can always gender-accessorize after the fact.
