ok anybody else starving? I am eating every two hours and if I don't my stomach feels like it's going to rot out of my belly. It's ridiculous. Yesterday I ate more than DH, which is like near impossible and still woke up in the middle of the night having to get something to eat. It's just been yesterday and today.
oh and btw.... I had gained 5 lbs in one week the last time I went to the OB. I have to go tomorrow am and am now really dreading that scale. If this doesn't stop I am afraid I am going to have a 10lb baby!
Me, too, Toni!!! It's like the "full" moitor in my body has just shut off. Maybe it's just our body stocking up to have energy for birth. Let's hope!! Okay, I'm off to have some ice cream. (Seriously) haha!!
Hope your appt went well this morning! I am still gaining too, ugh . . . whatever. My appetite was really high but has been down the last 4 days. I hope it is a good sign for you
My appt was uneventful. They said the 5 lbs last week was all the edema that I had collected and that they weren't worried about it. The swelling has totally gone down now that I am off of my feet. They look normal and I can see my ankle bones again. Although my sneakers still feel tight.... just not as bad as it was.
I am driving DH nuts with this huge increase in my appetite. I am literally starving every two hours... or at least it feels that way.
Actually it does get better. There was a little while in my first tri that I was starving all the time, but it did subside and only NOW has it resurged.
