Ok, I admit... since getting my BFP, my workouts have slowed down. Ok... who am I kidding, they're non existant!!! I was/have just been so worn out. I am finally getting my energy back and want to start exercising again. I don't want to resume my previous workout routine... it's just not really pregnancy friendly. I would love to do something at home. Do you girls have any suggestions for pregnancy workout DVDs?? Have you tried any that seemed to be helpful?!

I do a prenatal yoga DVD twice a week (when I can). I like this one because it has three women who are all in different trimesters. This way I can follow that person that I'm in the same tri with.

I heard prenatal yoga is fantastic for helping with labor. Just a thought!

I feel ya. I was in the same boat. If you feel up to it, I would try to walk as much as possible or even do the ellipitcal machine. I did start doing prenatal yoga classes which I absolutelty love!!! I tried several yoga dvd's and to be honest I hated them. I was completely bored and thought it was a waste of my time, but that's just my opinion. I found a yoga place and actually took the prenatal yoga class and I absolutely loved it!!!! I feel so much better after taking the class. I so wish I would have started taking it earlier in the pregnancy. So that's my suggestion. It's nice to be able to do something and feel like I'm actually getting a workout. Good luck sweetie!!!

Thanks! I absolutely love to walk and do when I can! My hospital offers prenatal yoga on Wed's but it's about 45 min from where I live and I would never make it in time--- that's the downside to living in a SMALL town!

I haven't done too much in terms of videos or anything, but I still use my Wii Fit - I just keep it low key. And I've been walking, too. I wish I had energy for more, but at this point I feel like a walrus so real working out has kind of slid of the table!! It's one of the things I'm soooo looking forward to getting back into. That and sex! Lol!
