Ok, I admit... since getting my BFP, my workouts have slowed down. Ok... who am I kidding, they're non existant!!!

I was/have just been so worn out. I am finally getting my energy back and want to start exercising again. I don't want to resume my previous workout routine... it's just not really pregnancy friendly. I would love to do something at home. Do you girls have any suggestions for pregnancy workout DVDs?? Have you tried any that seemed to be helpful?!
