I've been all over the internet

One of the first things I did when I found out that I was having twins was to look up chiropractors in the area that specialized in flipping babies. I don't know how I found them, but I have a list of 3 or 4. I've been looking at the sites that Shanna suggested a while ago. The more time I spend inactive, the more they seem to like to be butt down. Tonight I'm going to start freezing them

One site suggested putting a cool pack on the top of your belly and a warm one at the bottom to try to encourage them to move their heads to a more comfortable place. I'm going to be the granola type person who tries everything in hopes to get them to turn. My doctor wants both heads down to deliver vaginally.
I know a csection isn't the end of the world. If I have to have one, I have to. No big deal. I'd rather have two healthy babies than refuse a csection if my doctor feels like it's the best thing at the time. I do want to be somewhat proactive to try to encourage them to sit properly. We keep telling them that no one likes a crotch kicker, but so far they don't seem to care.
