Actually I literally just got back from the OB's from my 39 1/2wk appt. NOTHING absolutely NO progress. No dilation, no effacement. I have not had ANY contractions except a few random BH. The baby is so high that my BBS are resting on it's butt. Soooo I am going to be doing some major marathon walking over then next few days to see if I can at least get this baby to drop. It looks like this little stinker is going to keep us ALL in suspense!

Awe, Toni I'm so sorry! That really stinks. So what has the doc or midwife said about how late they will let you go?

I'm doing ok. Getting more and more frustrated. As of this past Friday I'm still sitting at 2cm dilated and 75% effaced. I go back tomorrow though. I've had a lot of pressure since the last appointment and a TON of gas/gas pains so I'm hoping that's a good sign. Have had a few contrax here and there, but nothing consistent. I just want to meet her already!

Well.... since I don't want to be induced... and they WON'T induce unless it is medically necessary they will let me go to 42 wks. Which I am absolutely fine with, but I really really hope I don't go that far. My doula has suggested accupuncture, but I am not sure we can afford it right now. So walking is going to have to do for now.

Toni that stinks! But a lot of women go "just like that" with no progress first! I hope that is you

I am still pregnant, of course. Having some contrax, pressure and cramps. Lots of AF like cramps this weekend actually. But as usual they go away. Who knows when this will happen. I also have an appt tomorrow so we will see what's going on then. OH, I DID decide to make a dance video tonight in the hopes it will start labor. I'll post some YouTube ones right now that I plan on trying to mimick, lol.
