Can any of you share ideas for what you did when you were expecting or even afterwards for your husbands/SO's for the first Father's day (either before the baby was born or after)??? I'm trying to get ideas to do something special for my husband this year and have no clue.

I was thinking maybe a onesie but that seems so simple. Still surfing and trying to get good ideas. Thanks for any help!

I actually asked my DH if he wanted anything for fathers day, because technically, even though the baby is only 2 mm old, he is still a dad...he said to just wait till the baby is born to do that stuff... I will probably still wish him a happy fathers day, and make him a special supper.

I got my DH a cute picture frame with a nice poem in it and then I'm buying him some cycling gear since he's super into that now! It will be our first Father's Day with a baby!!!

Well, I found some funny things at ThinkGeek :: Stuff for Smart Masses and since he's a gamer (MMO's) I found a few things that would he would like. He has been itching to buy baby stuff but I have had us hold off until we were in the 2nd trimester and since our 20wk scan is Wed I figure he can indulge a bit more now.

I found him a diaper messenger bag which will also hold his new laptop that I'm getting him for his birthday (a little early). He's already picked it out but we were holding off on getting it until before he deployed next month. I think it's a good win/win... ;p Father's day is 6/21 and his birthday is the following weekend so it worked out perfectly.
