Hi ladies,
sorry it's been awhile. We just got the interweb at our new house.

At my last dr appt on Friday, I had not gained any weight in 2 weeks. This is not usual at all for me! And my uterus only got 1 cm bigger, instead of 2....
so the dr is almost concerned about the baby growing. I need to gain weight at my next appt (next week. I'm on 2 week appts now) and my uterus has to grow at least 2 cm, or I have to have ANOTHER ultrasound. (this would be u/s number 4!)
Has anyone else had this? could it just have been a fluke 2 weeks, and next time she will grow a lot? This pregnancy stuff is tuff!

I don't know, being a first timer myself...but I hope it was just a fluke (baby was resting this week?) and she'll start to put on the pounds again before your next appt. GL!

I hope your LO is okay. Mine seem to go through growth spurts. I do too. I gained 10 lbs in 4 weeks, but have only gained about 2 in the last 3 weeks. I've been really hungry the last two days, so expect I'll be gaining again soon. I've been measuring 32 weeks for the past 3 as well.

Hey hun...well from what my midwife told me, your fundus height isn't as accurate after 32 weeks of pregnancy, because at that point everyone grows at different rates. She would still measure mine, but never really took the measurements to heart. And as far as gaining weight...there are so many different reasons other than ones that effect your baby for you not gaining. Maybe you're eating more fruit lately because its in season! lol I wouldn't worry yourself too much over it.

That is very reassuring! now I check myself in the mirror everyday to see if I can tell if I am bigger...and most days I look SMALLER! But that is probably just me being neurotic

Well your baby sure isn't shrinking...maybe you are and its from eating better than you were before? Not that you were ever big..you were pretty tiny...why does pregnancy need to be so stressful! lol
