The doctor thinks because of my HcG level being so high, they should see the heartbeating. I think its too early to see it. Have any of you seen a hb at 5.5 weeks?

I saw it at 6w...I have heard of people seeing it as early as 5w. Good luck!!

We didn't see it that early and I had a complete meltdown. We DID see it the next week however. GL!

It's still early but you may see it. Just don't get upset if you don't. The doctor will measure your baby to make sure it's measuring right for your EDD, so that will be a good indicator and you may get another u/s sometime in the next couple of weeks if you don't see the heartbeat tomorrow. Most things I've read say you should be able to see it as early as 6 weeks.

I didn't see it at 5w6d (I think I missed it by a day) but it is possible to see it early. Good luck!

Thanks guys! I hope it goes well, I am so nervous for whatever reason, I could barely sleep and now I can barely eat! LOL, I'll be glad when I see a heartbeat and I can calm the heck down!
Oh- and my appointment is at 3pm Central time.
