There is this recipe, Scalini's eggplant parmesean, that reportedly sends women into labor. Lauren (lala) had posted it for me, and some ladies in my DDC used it to success. Supposedly, I should give birth within 48 hours after eating this if I am lucky.
Now, I do not cook, so this should tell you how desperate I am! I am going to the store to make it this afternoon. Wish me luck, here is the link with more info about it
GMA Recipe: Eggplant Parmigiana Alla Scalini's

All right Mr. Jack. It's about time you come on out so we can all meet you. Don't make your mommy cook or eat yucky egg plant.

Good luck, Michelle!!! I hope it works. The night before I had Amelia we went out for Mexican, went for a walk and then drove home on a seriously bumpy road. I guess it did the trick. So if the eggplant doesn't work, try that! Good luck!

Hmm, Jack is a stubborn one, isn't he? Maybe you could give him an ultimatum - either get out, or you're gonna start eating foods he may find yucky (brussel sprouts?) and/or listening to bad music. You better listen to mommy, Jack, and shape up buster!

If I had read this earlier, I wouldn't have already started making it Ugh!
I have tried sex, swimming, running, nipple stimulation, spicy food, driving up a mountain (altitude change), lots of orgasms (hehe) and dancing. I am starting black cohosh today. I would try the castor oil only I seem to have horrible bowl problems all on my own and it hasn't done squat.

I scrubbed all the tiles behind the bathtub the day before Ana was born, all the leaning over and stretching is supposed to help, I dont know if it was that or cutting the grass and painting the nursery baseboards, but something worked.. Good luck and I hope he cooperates before you repeat the eggplant recipe tomorrow too!!
