I called and my betas were 125. It did exactly what i thought it would which was going up just a little. I wish it would've just gone down, but i believe it's only a matter of time before i'll m/c. I've been bleeding a little today, not a lot yet, but it's definitely something. I think it's the start of more bleeding which at this point i'm welcoming with open arms. I really just want to move on!
The person on the phone told me i need to get a shot because my blood type is O- and the doctor wants to get my betas checked again soon. I told her i'm going to go elsewhere to get it all done. So i'll be calling my regular doctor and asking her to order that to be done. In the meantime DH and I plan to meet with some OBGYNs to find one we like for our future pregnancy.
Even though my betas didn't clearly show me i'm m/c, i feel like i finally got my answer. I'm confident it will happen soon. I know it will be hard and i won't stay as content as i feel at this moment, but we'll get through it. Can someone reassure me that the bleeding does indeed mean things are finally getting moving?! If it stops i'm really not going to be happy!

I'm so sorry. I'm sure you're glad to finally have an answer, but it's not the one you were looking for. *hugs*

I have never experienced a miscarriage myself, so I wish I could help you. I am glad for your sake that you seem at peace with what is going on. I think one of the hardest parts is not knowing. I am also really glad that you are choosing to go elsewhere. I would never stay with a provider that made me feel as that Dr made you feel. Good for you and good luck on your hunt.

I'm so sorry Krista. I wish I had some words of reassurance but I have none. I hope you find another OB/GYN who you like.

I'm sorry to hear this, but I also totally understand your relief. It is much better than not knowing. I hope it's all over for you soon sweetie, so you can move on. You'll be in my T&Ps.
