I have my 10 wk appt tomorrow (I'll be 10wks 4 days) it'll be my first "official" OB appt - with the whole physical and another u/s.
I'm really really scared of the ultrasound... Last time I was pregnant I found out there was no heartbeat at my 10 week appt.  I'm terrified of hearing that again - esp since I don't really have any m/s and don't feel all that pregnant.
Please please pray for us that little Nudger is still alive and kicking in there. I'll be back sometime in the afternoon to update. Thanks.

Thank you everyone for the well wishes! They definitely worked!
The appointment went well - My midwife is really nice.  My pulse is still really high (blood pressure normal) so they put in a referral to cardiology for it (I've already had an EKG which was normal). I also have a referral in for genetic counseling - I just want to sit down and talk with them since they never found any reason for Jeff's infertility.
The exam went well - my uterus is measuring right where it should. AND we got to peek at the baby on the ultrasound!! I was so incredibly scared but we saw Nudger right away - saw/heard the heartbeat and Nudger was really active! Moving his/her's arms and legs all around like it was swimming! I can't believe how much bigger Nudger is! It's crazy.. We're completely and utterly in love.. I'll post some pics once Jeff scans them into the computer!

I felt the exact same way at my 14 week appt with Christian because it was when we found out the twins had passed. Good luck tomorrow!! I hope everything goes well!

Good luck April. I'll be thinking and praying for you and your little one. Don't worry about not having m/s. Lots of girls don't get any either and I had very mild m/s starting around 11-12 weeks so no worries.

Our TTC journey: 6 cycles Clomid, lap surgery/ D&C, IUI, 2 x IVF; 33 cycles- BFN.
IVF#1 (March 2010) Transferred two 8-cell grade A (perfect) embies- BFN and heartbroken.
IVF#2/FET#1 (Jan/Feb 2011):Transferred two (7&8 cell) grade A (PERFECT) embies- BFN again.
March 2011- February 2012: On BCP due to endometriosis.
March 2012- taking a few months off of BCP and we are TTC naturally.
We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.

Good luck April! I too found out at a 10 week appt about my loss, my blood pressure at that appointment this time was soo high! I know how nerve wracking it is. You'll feel soo much better after getting past that milestone.
And I'm 14 weeks and don't feel pregnant at all either. It made me nervous forever too (still does sometimes), but I heard the HB yesterday so I'm trying to consider myself lucky.
