Hi girls it's Annie! I couldn't log onto my old account so I started a new one.

The last month has been very hectic to say the least. I haven't had a chance to get on here and participate because my father -in- law passed from brain cancer last month. It was very sad and very scary but I know Rick wouldn't want us to stop living because he's gone. My only regret is that he didn't get a chance to meet the baby.

As for the baby, I'm 13 weeks now! It's crazy how quickly this pregnancy has been progressing. We had another dr's appointment yesterday and since they couldn't hear the heartbeat with the doppler they did another ultrasound. It was so cool. The baby was facing the machine so we got to see the outline of it's eyes head on, and it was doing summersaults!

I'm so sorry that I haven't been able to check in with you guys. I'm really going to work on it! I'm hoping for a stress free second trimester so keep your fingers crossed for me!

Hi Annie, sorry to hear about your FIL.
Wow 13 wks already!! its amazing how quick it goes isnt it, especially when it took sooo long to get this far. Hope you can check in more often but if you cant no worries, make sure you relax and try and have that stress free trimester!! Have you now told everyone? couldnt remember if you told everyone before or were waiting until 2nd tri?

Congrats on being in the second tri though!!!! That is a very exciting milestone. If you want your old account back...try clearing your cookies and cache. A lot of people had to do that when they switched to the beta version of the site. You just have to do it once and you should be able to log in.

So Sorry about your FIL...that's really tough, knowing that your baby will never meet him. Did he know you were pregnant? Hopefully he at least got to pass with that happy knowledge. But even if not, I'm sure your DH will be able to pass down stories about him and keep his memory alive for your children.
