I finally got to hear my baby's heart beat for the first time yesterday! It was so special and it's so fast. My doctor found it right away, I can't believe how low it is. It just made it more real for me. I wish Pascal could have been there to hear it too. Do any of you own a Dopler at home? Where did you get it and for how much? I can't wait until September so we can see our little baby!

CONGRATS!! That must have been wonderful!!

I'm buying one if all is well at my next appointment...
You can get them for about $100 on AMazon/ebay...or you can rent one, but IMO, it is probably cheaper in the long run to just buy it, specially if you want more kids...

The one I'm looing at is the Hi Bebe...

my SIL bought one she said we could use!! I wouldnt' be surprised if she whips it out next time we go over to their house!!

It was reasuring, I still can't seem to believe I'm pregnant. That helped though but it just seems so unreal. Almost like 'somebody pinch me!' I saw one at Babies R us. I really wish i could hear it more often.........

How special!!!! I could listen to my baby ALL day long I bought the angel sounds doppler for about $35.00 and it works perfectly! You can even record the heartbeat with it!

I was wondering which one you had when I read about it in your journal.... hehe I almost bought angel sounds on ebay but I didn't know anyone who owns it. I think I might just buy this one then!
