i dont care if she is "crazy" this woman needs locked up or even worse!

Oh My God...that is just so sick and twisted. What in the world would ever make a person do such a terrible thing?!?! I hope she pays for this.

Someone watched way too many Hannibal Lecter movies.

Seriously though that's so incredibly sad. The article said she's been treated in mental health facilities before so I'm betting this tragedy is a result of PPD and/or PPP (psychosis).
