Havent seen one of these for a couple of weeks!
OK well theres 3 days till Bellas EDD and Im very uncomfortable now! Friday night it took me 3 hours to get comfortable and fall asleep, i just ended up in the lounge room sobbing because I was so tired. Thank goodness I havent had another night that bad, although it getting really difficult to get to sleep now
Day times arent too bad, definatly uncomfortable but bearable. Walked around town for 2 hours yesterday hoping to get something started but nope. shes def gonna come when shes ready. Still plenty of movement from her. Im intrigued to know how much she will weigh, i feel REALLY heavy at the front, although she could only be a diddy 5lb or something.lol
My mum arrived last Thursday and came to see me Friday, shes staying with family about an hour away so plenty to keep her busy whilst waiting for this one to arrive.
Otherwise Im not really doing an awful lot, trying to relax really. DF is def getting anxious to meet her too, he predicted she would arrive yesterday.
Its only 2 and a bit more weeks at the most. Although now Im at this point Im scared Im gonna have to be induced and my body isnt going to do its thing on its own. especially seeing how many have given birth already in the DDC. Still after 2 years of trying and 9 months of pregnancy, whats another 2 and bit weeks!

Siera is a little over 5 months old now. She's sleeping through the night and, as of Saturday night, sleeping in her crib in her own room. I'm having trouble sleeping at all while she's not in the room with me (I do have a video monitor, though) - I just miss her!
She loves sticking everything into her mouth but most especially her hands and fingers. It gets to the point where she gags and makes herself throw up which is OH so much fun.. We hooked up her jumper the other day and that is now her most favorite place to be since she loves standing on her feet and bouncing. And we have her DRs appointment on Thursday so she'll be getting her second set of vaccinations then. I also can't wait to see how much she weighs - she was 9.7 on June 8 so I'm hoping for at least a 13 lber!
Pictures taken over the weekend...

So excited to see the baby again, and this time - it actually looked like a baby...last time it was measuring a bit behind, today, it was measuring spot on (exactly where I thought I was)...and we could even see it move just a little...only bad thing was it was the RE just doing me a favor by letting me see the little bean again, so, I didn't get a H/B measurement...but beanie is looking so perfect, and I finally feel like I can start to breathe a real sigh of relief

Well, Lilyana is 2 weeks and 3 days old. She had her first dr appt today and is now up to 8lbs 9 oz!!! My little chunker! She is in the 50% for hight and weight. She has a small head though, she is only in the 23%.
Breastfeeding is still rough, but we are keeping at it! I made my first goal of 2 weeks, now I am working towards my second goal of 4 weeks!

Ana is 4 months tomorrow and had her 2nd injections today. She is back on the 2 week weighings as she weighs just 12lb 6oz (however she has doubled her birthweight at 4 months so shes doing OK) she was 26" long, which is why they are a bit concerned of her weight.
She has just started to squel/sing in a high pitch voice, its like a constant Bee Gees concert at our house!!. She also rolls across the floor and sucks her big toes like a little monkey!. She now sleeps 11 hour nights and is starving at 8am!!, however the Dr said I have to feed her when I go to bed at 11.30 to see if I can get her weight up a bit!!.

So great to hear from everyone. Things are looking better here too, I think! Paige will be 2 months on Wednesday! And the following Wednesday we have her 2 month dr appt and I'm soooo scared for her shots. I think I might have my MIL come with! We finally got her on Prevacid for her reflux so I think that's helping!! We still have our nights of hours of crying, but I'm hoping she will be outgrowing that soon! BFing is still going great although we have had some issues lately with her taking a bottle. I go back to work in 3 weeks. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. Here is a recent pic of my growing baby girl:

Christian is 11 months old. He's been getting up at a decent time for the past several days, but I'm still having trouble getting him to stay in bed for the night the first time I put him down. We're working on it though. He also refuses any kind of baby food so finding things to feed him has been a bit of a challenge as he's not ready for everything DH & I eat. He's also been chatting a lot lately. No audible words yet, but he likes to hear himself speak. He actually had a conversation with the tv the other night while I was on the phone with my Mom. He's a complete joy and I can't believe he's going to be a year old in less than a month.

I love reading these updates. Everyone's LOs are so cute!
I'm the heartburn queen right now. It gradually came on and now I'm living on antacids. Some days it's moderate and some days it's ridiculous. My contractions are picking up again. Despite that, I'm not dilated at all. I had my weekly OB visit this morning. I heard the nurse ask my doctor if she was going to check me since she'd checked last week. My doctor said yes because she couldn't imagine that I wouldn't be dilated by now. So much for that.
I am so excited to go off my terbutaline pump next week. I think I'll contract like crazy after that and hopefully that will actually get things going. I would be doing things trying to send myself into labor this week except for a few things. I really want to make it to my goal of 36 weeks. DH is in a sales meeting this week and I know it's stupid, but I don't want him to miss it since it's going to be a lot of fun. Luckily it's local or he would have missed it. The last reason is because my parents are on a mini vacation through Wednesday and I want my mom there for my csection if I have one. If I don't go into labor on my own and B doesn't flip, my csection is scheduled for Aug 26 and 9:00 am. That seems so far away.
I started going to my chiropractor last week to try to get B to flip. She's moved a ton since Friday, but just hasn't flipped. My back wasn't sore before, but it's amazing how good I feel after seeing the chiropractor. I should have been going for months. I highly recommend it.

I'm 17 weeks today, and feels like belly is getting bigger and firmer by the day! I'm super excited for our appt. tomorrow - no u/s, but at least we'll get to hear that little hb again, and then we'll set up the 20 week appt. where I get another u/s! Normally that is when you'd find out gender, but we want it to be a surprise, so hopefully we'll still be able to gaze lovingly at baby without getting an eyeful of the naughty bits!
In other news, my brain is slowly draining away, but I'm trying to be patient and forgiving of myself. Even so, that can be difficult at times, since I am normally such an organized person. Oh well!

I just updated over the weekend, but can't help but comment on how cute these babies are! Christian and Paige are just adorable!
Valerie, I'm glad the chiropractor helped--seeing mine made my pregnancy much, much smoother than had I gone without seeing him. You might ask your doc about taking Zantac or Pepcid. . . I took Pepcid and it did WONDERS for the heartburn, as the Tums just plain stopped working.
Sam. . . try not to stress about Ana's weight. Seriously. I have a skinny-minny, too--he weighed about the same as Ana at his 4 month and was just as long. As long as she is eating enough and hitting her milestones, then I think she's okay. I know I'm not a doctor, but I've read up since having my own wee one. Breastfed babies tend to be smaller than the avg. formula-fed babies, so in America they are releasing a growth chart that is strictly breast-fed babies. I just have to think that not every baby is made to the ideal proportions on the charts, and that includes my little man and Miss Ana. Elliott was in the 90th percentile for height and 10th for weight, but is thriving and very healthy. Sorry this is a book. . . I couldn't help but comment because I don't want anyone to have the stress that I did from our first pedi over his weight.

I am 37 weeks today! Contractions from last week are pretty much fizzled out. I still get BH now and then but nothing regular or painful at all. I think she was just practicing! My round ligaments are my worst complaint right now. Sometimes it hurts to even walk because lifting my legs puts so much strain on those ligaments and muscles that don't exist any more! I was in tears on yesterday because it hurt so bad to walk but today is better. I am uncomfortable at night because my right hip will hurt but then on my left side my shoulder goes to sleep after about 10 min. so I am flip flopping all night which doesn't help the round ligament pain. I get up to pee about every 45 min through the night...but I can't complain! I am just going to enjoy having her all to myself for a few more weeks and she can come when she is ready! I am ready for her!

April, I would HIGHLY recommend seeing a chiropractor. IT truly can make all the difference in your physical comfort!

I'm 9 weeks and 3 days so I am much newer to this than majority of people on here. I have been feeling pretty sick the last few weeks and it seems to be getting worse as time goes by and have been a bit emotiional lately too. No ultrasound yet I don't get one until Aug 20th but other than being tired and sick I can't complain.

I'm 27 weeks! I'm almost in my 3rd trimester and can't believe it!!! Time is really flying by. I'm feeling pretty good except for the aches and pains I feel. I think I had some BH's last night but they went away...DH was nervous and it was cute I'm having trouble sleeping at night too, April, and I'm tossing and turning becuase of the hip pain/arm falling asleep. I've gone back to being wide awake again after I pee in the middle of the night, and it's really annoying!
I had my glucose test yesterday and I felt horrible all day afterwards. I felt like I was getting the flu. I left work early and went home to lay down, which made it better. I have another u/s on Friday so I'm excited to see Bella again!! Here is my most recent belly pic:

I am a little over 15 weeks now. The doctor moved my due date back 5 days at my last appointment but said he might move it up again after the big ultrasound.
The nausea has gotten better although isn't completely gone yet. The exhaustion howevedr, has not. I have been so tired which doesn't help with the emotions. I think I need to slow down some because I've been really busy the past 2 weeks.
My next doctor appointment is Wednesday so hopefully the big ultrasound will be scheduled then

I LOVE reading these updates! Here's mine:
BFing is going really well. She pretty much sleeps with us ALL the time now. I never planned on doing that at all.... but she sleeps soooo much better and if she's happy, I'm happy. I have to return to work in less than 2 weeks now. I am really worried. She seems to only want me at this point.... DH has a heck of a time comforting her. It makes me sad that I can't be there for her.
She also has been getting an infection in the folds of her neck because of the heat and the sweating. We were told to put some A&D on it from the DR.... and it looks sooo much better!
She is smiling more and more everyday. She loves it when I motorboat my lips... which you will see in the pics below. She is constantly eating her hands. If her hands aren't free from blankets, she gets really upset. lol She also just started playing on her activity mat. She wanted absolutely nothing to do with it up until the day before yesterday. So that makes ME happy because it allows me to get some more things done. OH and she LOVES her bath time! It is sooo much fun to give her a bath. She gets both arms and both legs going at once and gets water everywhere! It makes me laugh. I was lucky to get it on video the first time I gave her a bath. She was so excited she gave out a squeal! I love it.
