I am working this weekend...obviously my last weekend before Haylea comes but I hurt so much and am soooo tired I don't want to go. Just hopefully there are no deliveries that I have to run to! We had one the other day that I had to run to and it was NOT a pretty sight...everyone was lauging at me! (baby was ok BTW ) Even if we aren't busy it is just as bad because 12 hours is a looong time when you aren't busy...but at the same time when I am busy I hurt so much! Uggh...maybe Haylea will decide to come out tonight...I am not holding my breath though!

Oh you poor thing. Is it possible to just start your leave now? I know how rough the end is. Try to stay strong and keep your mind off of it. I will be praying she makes an early appearance!!!!

awww April you must be soo tired. I was 36 wks when I finished, I was going to go till the end of the school yr when I would have been 37 and a half wks but with the class I had, very active, i just couldnt. 12 hours is a VERY long time. Still i guess being on your feet will help her gt into position etc, wont do much for your energy levels though.lol She could still come before Bella though, who knows they may even come on the same day!!

Girl that just sounds miserable! I was very draggy the last week I was pg--I had no idea how I was going to make it through the last week of work. . . turns out I didn't have to because I got sent home on bedrest. I hope Halyea gets to movin' on out--maybe being on your feet will help gravity to do it's trick!

I technically could have taken off early but I don't want to. I want to be home as long as I can with her. I know...I am a glutton for punishment!

I hope it was an uneventful evening and that Haylea makes her appearance soon!! How long will you be taking off of work for maternity leave?

I am taking 12 weeks off after she is born. I only work 2 days a week anyway but it is a lot of being on my feet. Luckily, the NICU is slow (knock on wood) right now so it isn't too bad.

One hour to go and it wasn't too bad today. Lots of deliveries but nothing emergent...hopefully tomorrow is just as uneventful!

Today is almost over and it hasn't been too busy but I am EXHAUSTED...sitting here I can barely keep my eyes open. 2 1/2 more hours...

I am home and I made it through!!! Whew! I did have to run to one delivery and my uterus did NOT like it...unfortunately it relaxed. All the NICU babies were good to me and kept breathing like good little babies so I didn't have to do too much work. Now I am exhausted and home and ready for bed and to sleep in tomorrow!
