Meet Tiko!!! Last week for my birthday DH took me to the Humane Society to pick out a kitten and we got him yesterday. He is so precious; very cuddly and loves attention and is 11 weeks old. He was fixed and got shots yesterday so he was a little groggy but came around by 8 last night. He cries when he is by himself (we have him in the nursery right now since its small and safe) but after he fell asleep on me last night I was able to sneak away. He's doing good today too, just doesn't like to be alone so I've been spending a lot of time with him. Just had to share my little guy!

What a cute little kitten. I love the kitten stage, when they are so soft and playful.

He is really cute, but make sure DH is the one to change the litter, not you! And if want to make him think that holds true for the first several months after the birth too, well I won't tell him if you don't

Oh yeah DH is in full kitty litter duty... I told him I'd make up for it by being on diaper duty for a while when the time comes... but I hope he just gets in a good habit of doing it
