We've taken a ton of pics of the girls. We have lots of lots of them screaming as they lose it while we're trying to take their pics.
This is my favorite one so far. I love it! I just wish my belly wasn't hanging out. I think I'll crop it and frame it. It's me with Arya leaving the hospital.

Valerie, I know this might be silly, but will you try to explain how you pronounce your girls' names? I 'say' them in my head, but I'm not sure I've got them right. . .

Not silly at all. I did put it in one post, but it wasn't at the beginning and I know it gets hard to read everything.
Arya is pronounced just like the opera style Aria...R-E-uh.
Eiley is another form of Eileen. Basically said the same without the N on the end...Eye-lee.

Good gravy Val! You look amazing! lol. Are you swollen at all? I was even BIGGER after my section then before it! lol. Your daughters are gorgeous!! I still can't imagine identicals...crazy!! I would confuse who I was holding all the time in the middle of the night....and mine are frats!  Adorable pics! Also...I'd be proud of that belly. It looks freaking awesome for just having twins!! I can't get over it!

I am doing really well telling them apart. Arya's face/head is a little more round than Eiley's just because of how they were jammed in me. DH and the rest of the family is still having problems.
I was super swollen after the csection. My legs never swelled up during pregnancy. I had 2 days with hands that were a bit swollen, but downing a ton of water got rid of most of that. I got huge cankles and legs after the csection. I was amazed at how bad it looked. I think it was Tuesday around 3:00 am that I finally noticed the swelling going down. Everything is back to normal now. I'm also at my pre pregnancy weight, which sounds great, but isn't. I'm downing food like crazy in an attempt to keep up with the girls' breastfeeding demands. I have to be careful that my weight doesn't drop too low or I know they won't be getting the calories they need. I only gained about 34 lbs during pregnancy and 20 of that was gone the morning after the birth when I was weighed the first time. I lost most of the rest of it when I lost the swelling.
