Today i found some maternity Gap pants and jacket both for a great deal so i bought them. I know it's super early but i couldn't pass it up! The pants have a tie string and they actually fit now when it's tied tightly. I still don't think i'll wear them for a little while but i figured why not? The jacket is really big in the belly (obviously) but i'm hoping it'll fit perfectly come winter
So when did you start buying maternity?

I bought my first pair of jeans, acutally two pairs at Thyme Maternity. My birthday was on July 15 and my dad gave me money to buy them, I was exactly 12 weeks. The reason it took me that long was because in town there are only two stores that sell maternity clothes and they are so expensive. I made my hubby bring me to the city, they are pretty awesome. You can see them in one of my belly pics.

Not until 20+ weeks... when I couldn't hold out any longer and nothing seemed to fit

I haven't bought anything yet but my SIL and one of her friends have given me a ton of maternity clothes. Lots of really nice jeans form Motherhood. Hopefully I won't have to buy too much.

I bought stuff around 10 weeks, and started to wear them around 12 weeks. However, I put on around 20 lbs in my 1st trimester because of quitting smoking and having to eat out all the time (my kitchen in my old apartment was out of commission and DH and I ate every meal in restaurants).

I bought stuff really early. I found some great deals and decided to just buy them. I ended up needing some of the psnts in the first trimester because of bloat and having twins. I love my maternity pants that just ave a tie, elastic or a hidden panel. I wear those now and it looks like I'm back in normal clothes.

I started wearing maternity pants early on because I couldn't fit into my regular jeans anymore (twins). I was waaay more comfortable too. I didn't start wearing the shirts until I was really showing, though, so no one knew I had maternity pants on If you find great deals, pick them up because maternity clothes are SO expensive!!

I started buying maternity cloths at the start of my second trimester. I used the bella band and loose tops to hold me over till I really needed them. Around 18 weeks was when I really needed maternity bottoms because the bella band was just becoming uncomfortable.

I didn't have to buy much, because a girlfriend gave me all her old maternity clothes. I did get a great pair of jean capris at Target two or three weeks ago, and two cute dresses at the Gap outlet near Cincinnati (was there visiting recently), but overall I have just relied on the things she gave me.

I bought maternity clothes around 10 weeks. The bloating was getting pretty bad and I figured why suffer trying to fit into my regular clothes! The maternity pants we so much more comfy. I also decided I only had 9 months to wear them so I might as well get full use out of them LOL!

I was very anxious to buy maternity clothes so I bought stuff early & just saved it for when I needed them. There was only 1 shirt I couldn't wear b/c the season was off...it was a summer top & it was HUGE so by the time I could've worn it, it was snowing out
I think I started needing to wear maternity somewhere between 16-18 weeks. I wore a Bella Band for as long as I could lol.

I know I bought a Bella Band early on, around 6 weeks or so because my pants were uncomfortably tight, and by 10 weeks I couldn't button my regular jeans anymore. I bought a pair of low rise Old Navy maternity jeans around 10 or 12 weeks, but I found those to be uncomfortable by 14 weeks (I didn't like the tight elastic band around my lower belly) and I fell in love with the secret fit belly at Motherhood Maternity.

I got mine through Amazon. I've seen generic ones at Target though, which probably work just as well. I'm assuming Motherhood probably has them too.

I bought my mat clothes at 6 weeks, but only because they were on final clearance, i bought 4 tshirts, 6 long sleeved tops, 2 jeans and 3 trousers a jumper and a swimsuit for 45 euros (about 80$) so I didnt buy hardly anything else.
I started to wear it at about 26 weeks (I hardly showed till then :-( )
