BRU coupon question...

When you get your coupon to get the rest of your registry items do you have to purchase everything that is left over in order to use the coupon? I know Bed Bath and Beyond had that rule when we did our wedding registry.

No, I think you can just use it on whatever you need to buy. At least that's what I think anyway. I can't remember.

As far as I know you can use it to purchase whatever you want thats left on your registry, you dont have to purchase EVERYTHING thats left on it (I used to work at BRU).

Do you need any coupons? I just got a HUGE book of coupons for all kinds of things!!! I can mail them to you.

No you don't need to buy everything.
Unfortunately, our's took so long to come that we had to buy the rest of what we needed before we got ours'

I will pop them in the mail for you today, can you wait a few days to go shopping until they get to you?

Im going to send the whole book because I dont need any of them. What kinds of things are you going to be buying?!

The others are right. You can buy what you want, but it has to be on your registry. You can add things to the registry and buy them that day, that's what we did. You can also go in before your baby is born and ask a manager to approve the 10%. We used ours in July. We were just told out 10% coupon wouldn't be valid once we got it.

Good question, I didn't think to ask that when we registered over the weekend.

The one thing they did say was things needed to be added a month before the due date to apply.

Yeah that is fine...we arent taking her out for at least another week. There isnt much I need but I can always shop! We werent sure how big she would be so we didint stock up on diapers so that is on the list and I want another diaper genie for upstairs...the one we have now is downstairs since that is where she is most of the day.

Ok I popped them in the mail today and I think I beat the mailman to the mailbox, so they should have gone out today! There is definatly coupons in there for both diapers and a percentage off diaper genies.

I also added the little adertisement for there rewards card..its FREE to get (I have one) and each time you buy something they will scan your rewards card (im sure you will be doing quite a bit of shopping there now that you have a baby hehe, its also good for toys r us and kids r us) and after you spend a certain amount of money they give you some money and stuff, its nice!

Anyway, hope you can use them and save some money!
