Girl!
Maybe!
The tech said she couldn't be certain, but she said she didn't see any 'boy parts' I'm measuring at 20 weeks and 2 days. I think that's far enough along to tell if there were any boy parts. I go back in four weeks to see if they can get a clearer shot. Other than that this little one is as healthy as can be. Everything is measuring on track and the heart is beating beautifully. I just wish I could know if I could start calling it a him or her!

So glad the baby was healthy! Frustrating, for sure, not to know the sex so that you can start shopping.

That's definitely frustrating when you don't know for sure, that happened to me at my 20 week u/s. The baby had her legs closed so tightly together even though she was moving around like crazy that we couldn't tell for sure there weren't boy parts. I went back a couple of weeks later and she was much more cooperative and we got a good look.
Good luck at your next u/s!

Congrats on the healthy baby. Hoping your baby gives you a clear shot at your next ultrasound.

Thank you all so much! I'm trying not to be too impatient, but I really wanna start shopping. I'm 5 months in and haven't bought a thing because we've been waiting to see what the sex is!
