pregnant. Besides the off and on crampiness (which is considerably less today..yah!), when will I start to FEEL pregnant? Or better yet, when did you start to feel pregnant. I am just about 4 weeks, so I know I am really early still.

I felt great until morning sickness hit at 6 weeks. Besides the nausea, I still felt like myself. I even went down hill skiing at around 13 or 14 weeks. I don't know when I would say that i really felt prego, but it was after i really started to show.

I didn't feel pregnant for a long time.... even with the sickness I just felt like I had the flu. It wasn't until around 19 weeks when I found out the sex and could feel him moving around! That's when it really sunk in for me.

Ok, so when did your symptoms kick in? I had EXTREMELY slight nauseau this morning (apple didnt sit right), slight upset tummy, back aches, and crampiness....thats it....no huge food cravings or adversions.

I still dont feel pregnant! (and yes it freaks me out ) I have small symptoms like bad acne and am a little more tired then normal , but overall if i wasnt trying because of my weird cycles i could have been one of those "i didnt know i was pregnant" women!
I think until you can see the baby move or get an u/s where it looks like a baby instead of a blob its a very surreal feeling. I've had three u/s and like i said i still have trouble believing anythings in there

I agree with Erin...I don't think I really felt pregnant until I felt her kick the first time!!! Even after seeing the u/s, I knew I was pregnant but didn't feel pregnant until I started showing and felt her move. (And I didn't feel that until 19 weeks and 6 days!!!) Then after that you wish you could go back to feeling "normal"!!!! I hope the m/s stays away for you - I was lucky in that department. I also never really had any food adversions or cravings.

I'd say the nausea and sleepiness kicked in around 7 weeks or so but not everyone will get those symptoms... but I know in the early days the slightest bit of confirmation that there's something in there feels great. Hang in there girl... pretty soon you'll be wishing these symptoms and preggo aches and pains away!

Every woman and every pregnancy is totally different. I didn't get symptoms until about 6 weeks, then BOOM it hit light lightning. Morning sickness for 3 months straight, tired, moody, food adversions. I expected REALLY sore breasts, but that never happened to the extent of most other women. They were and continue to be tender, but nothing too crazy. I agree with Erin...After you see the little one and find out the sex it really starts to hit home. And when you begin feeling little kicks there's NO denying it

With me, my symptoms really didn't kick in till about week 8 and even then they were very little. My morning sickness was very mild. I think I really felt pregnant when I could feel him move around. That started out around week 15. The movements made it feel so real.

OOHH...be careful with apples when you are nauseous! They BURN coming back up! I threw up apples a couple of times and then couldn't eat them the rest of my pregnancy! I didn't really feel preggo until about 16ish weeks...I just felt like I had a horrible flu until then when I started feeling her move. I didn't start showing until after 20 weeks.

I felt sluggish practically from day one. I noticed the difference in me when I was so exhausted (I've never been one to sit down and rest). Otherwise, I only had a few weeks of nausea (although some days I wish I could have thrown up and gotten over it...all day nausea sucks!) This kicked in around week 6 for me.
I know you want the confirmation of feeling pregnant but enjoy that you still feel good! you only get a few good weeks out of the whole 40 to feel like yourself

x300 to April on the apples while preggo. For some reason they were a major trigger for me and I'd throw them up in a heartbeat!

I think I felt pregnant when my belly began to harden and show. I didn't really have a lot of food cravings, aversions, or nausea. Congratulations BTW

Thanks!
Wow, I have a ton of apples I just bought this weekend too. I will give them another shot and see how they go (or come up!).

It was a gradual thing for me. The sore and swollen boobs helped, the slowly growing belly helped, the first ultrasound REALLY helped, and having baby kicking is REALLY REALLY helping...I think it is just sort of an incremental thing for some women, whereas for some others it is like a light switch. You'll get there!

Well for me I guess it was when the m/s kicked in which was right on the nose of my six week mark.

I think it wasn't until I started showing and had to go buy maternity clothes. Then the baby moving around really makes you feel more pregnant.
