first big thanks to gwen for updating you all! and second big thanks to everyone else for the support!
we are doing wonderful!! i love this little girl so so much already!!! she is just perfect!!
here is a short version of my story. my water broke at 1240am friday morning. we got to the hospitol at 1:15. they checked me at 4 and i was only 2 cm. so they started me on pitocin. the contractions def. picked up and i was needing an epi by 745. it did wonders!!! i oretty much slept off and on the rest of the day! i did not feel a thing! not even pressure.
they checked me around 11 and i was a full 10cm. they didnt want me to push b/c she was still a little high and wanted her to drop first. about 2 hours later they decided it was time for me to start pushing. i pushed for a little over an hour and out she came!! i just had a slight 1st degree tear. but im still pretty sore down there.
overall it was a good experience!!
