Unfortunately, we have had the swine flu at our house for the past week, but my little man has weathered it like a champ. We got a compounded script for Tamiflu, so he is on the road to recovery. Even with the flu, he is a happy monkey and wanted to show you all his mad chewing skills and his new 'look-at-my-scrunched-up-so-cute' face!
And his new tooth peeking out in this pic:
This kid makes my life better every day, I swear. I feel so lucky to have such a radiant spirit in my life.

Oh wow is he cute! My DH agrees  I love how he is mushing those bananas in his mouth.
Hope he gets back to 100% quick from the swine flu. Were you freaked when he got it?
Oh yeah and what a cute little toothy grin he has!

So cute, thats a real, proper tooth!
Loads of people in our village have had swine flu, so its good to know that E didnt have too bad a time with it, I bet we all get it before the end of the winter.
He is such a smiley little boy.
(How much does he weigh now? I know you had a few problems with him).

Oh Courtney, Elliott is just adorable! What's he eating? It looks like he's enjoying it! And that little tooth is cute.. we still have no teeth here!

Thanks for the compliments, everybody! His eyelashes definitely come from my dad--somethings you don't imagine would be identifiable as hereditary show up--and those eyelashes are mirror images.
Sam, he now weighs in at 17 pounds, 3 oz. That is an almost 3 pound gain in almost 2 months. I was thrilled when he got on the scale. I will be asking my doctor, however, about the malabsorbtion of food like ana got diagnosed with. Elliott eats and eats and eats (a normal dinner is 5-6 ounces of food followed by a 6-8oz bottle) and then poos and poos and poos.
Michelle, I was somewhat freaked, but DH and I got the bug first so I knew what to expect. Then, his case has been so mild--only a half-day of fever, little congestion, some diarrhea--that it alleviated my worry. He has maintained his appetite and hydration, so that really dropped my concern. I am ready to escape the quarantine and rejoin the world!

I am glad that you are doing better Courtney!! Your little Elliott is a cutie pie. I can't get over how dark is eyebrows are, is his hair red? His eyelashes and eyebrows look red, that is why I asked!! I could not see Tori's for a long time. Of course she was early and it took a while for them to grow in, but they are still really light in color!!

I'm so sorry to hear that you guys had swine flu.. I'm beginning to wonder if that's what had all of us bogged down. I got sick a week ago & I still sound like poop. Hope you're all back on your feet 100% real soon!
