Back from NT scan

... sort of.... So can anything ever be easy for me?! After my crazy morning yesterday with my GD 3 hour (see journal for details) i was really hoping today would be completely unevenful, not so lucky!

So i go in with a full bladder, they turn everything on baby is great heart is beating away and its normal size and moving all around and such. So first off yay for that. She tried for about 10 minutes to get it to move the right direction so they could start the measurments, no luck. Then they tell me i need to drink some more water because my bladder wasnt full enough, so i do that.... and she comes back in and tries again, no luck again! Shes got me flipping around, shes poking it shes doing everything she can to get it to move the right direction to do her measurments and she gets nothin! It's like "i'm going to stay put, thanks". I'm about to burst at this point so they let me go to the bathroom and figured they would try again after, well still nothing, not even the doctor could get it to turn right... so, no NT scan for me! She said this is the first time shes ever had this problem with someone my weight (occasionally they can't find things on a bigger lady). So yay, i'm special! Lol (sarcasm). I'm going to go back next week and try again but if that doesnt work my window to get it done is closed so then i'll just have to wait for the test at my regular doc.

Alll in all i'm not that upset about it, i mainly just wanted to see the little one again and i obviously got to do that but it just figures nothings easy for this one!

I am sorry your baby was being so stubborn!!! I hope you get a better picture next week!

I know at least i get to see baby for an hour again right? They said it'll grow a ton in the next week so next weeks should even look pretty different
