x-posted in DDC (long):
So I had to get my bio-physical done first. Bella passed with flying colors except for her fluid levels. Apparently, at 37 weeks, the normal range is around 13 and the number to be concerned about is 7.7. She scored a 9. That's still passing though.
I had my dr. appt next and she said that she's not concerned about that because it flucuates anyway and it was only at a 10 the week prior. She said that we'll just keep monitoring it weekly with BPP.
I had to get my GBS test done and afterwards she said " do you want me to check you or wait until next week" I was like "can you check me please? I want to see if I am progressing any" so she did and I'm
3 cm and 80% effaced
. holy CRAP!! She was even shocked. She first said "oh her head is right there" (you think! I'm walking around with a bowling ball between my legs) and then she was completely shocked I was dilated any!
She said that I could go any day and if she had to induce me, I'm a poster child for a perfect induction. I'm super stoked!!! Most likely Bella will be an October baby!!
I'm basically mirroring my sisters pregnancy. Same weight gain, both have GD, etc....she was told at 36 weeks she was 3cm, then went to 4cm at 37 weeks, then 5cm at 38 and the doc said no way will you make it past this weekend! well, she walked around 5cm for 10 days until she was induced (she delivered 4 days before her EDD). So...I'm only taking what my dr. said with a grain of salt that I could go anyday now.
I am almost positive she'll be born the last week of October because if my levels are low or stay the same next week, she'll say "ok, lets induce next week, which is the last week in October". Especially since I'm due November 2nd and she said she will absolutely not let me go past my due date
