First off i know i generally dont drink the "proper" enough water, and never have... i HATE water so its hard for me. Since finding out about baby i've been trying really hard to make sure i do though. The last couple of days i noticed in the evenings i am getting a more of a crampy feeling then usual and i realized that i've been so busy during the day i havent really been drinking all that much water. Could this be causing it?

Yes, absolutely...
I get headaches if I dont drink enough...lately, I've been lugging around a gallon jug...
Maybe mix in w/some sugar free lemonage and have it like that?

not drinking enough water can cause contractions, especially as you get further along. if you don't like plain water, you can drink naturally decaf tea. you can also drink juice and milk, but you don't want to get too many calories that way.

Your body will get more used to drinking lots of water, the more you drink. I'm up to 94oz a day and it doesn't even phase me. It was difficult at first, but your body adjusts. An entire cup of amniotic fluid is replaced every hour, and drinking water is one of the MOST beneficial things you can do during pregnancy. Try this: Set the alarm on your phone for every hour, and when it goes off drink a glass of water! That way you can spread it out over the day and it shouldn't make your tummy hurt!

Yep. You could maybe try mixing in a crystal light packet or something to make it more palatable if you aren't really into plain water - anything to get more fluids is a plus (as long as it doesn't have caffeine, which actually works against your water intake)
