YOU ARE NEXT!!!!!!! OMG I can't believe it! How are you feeling? I know you were put on bedrest - so how has that been? Have you been gaining weight? Got everything ready??? I'm so excited for you!!!

Holy crap! I think that just freaked me out

No, really- thank you SO much!!!!!!! Bed rest is going ok- This is the third week and I have gained 3 lbs! Let's hope lots of that went straight to the baby!!!!

I have been sent to L&D 4 times since last Wednesday for high blood pressure. I have done the 24 hr urine and lots of blood work. At this point the dr. thinks it's just pregnancy induced hypertension as I am not yet spilling protein in my urine and my labs look ok. I have to repeat the 24hr urine and labs on Friday. I do have to remain on pretty strict bed rest (now both because of the lack of fetal growth as well as the increased BP). But it seems to be under control as long as I am resting.

We have our BIG appt. and ultrasound on Friday. This is where I will get the final word on the c-section (if it's necessary or not- my OB was conferring with my neurologist this week- so I'll know the verdict on Friday). It's also where we'll find out how much growing our little guy has done! We're hoping he has plumped up!! I will be sure to update you as soon as I get back from the appt!

Other than that- I feel good! As of a week and a half ago I am 1cm dilated and 60% effaced. I am having contractions but they are not yet regular and not yet too painful. I am a little short of breath and have experienced some swelling in my hands and face, but physically I feel good. Tylenol PM helps me sleep

But I don't have many aches and pains. Although it seems we've had a few issues lately, I still feel incredibly blessed. My overall health has been good and I feel very positive about my LO's health! My family, friends and DH have been awesome to me! I am super lucky. I have also come more to terms with the c-section if it ends up being necessary. I am more at peace with it and realize at the end of the day, all I want is that healthy little boy

Thanks again for checking in on me! I can't BELIEVE how fast time is approaching! I am within weeks (maybe even days!!!!) of meeting that handsome fella

Erin, thanks for the update!!! You better make sure to get some rest lady. It seems to be helping!! You seem like you have such a great attitude about everything which I think is just great! Keep it up girl! Good Luck at your BIG appt on Friday!! That is very exciting to just know what it going on. I'm so glad you have come to terms if you have to have a c section. I think it will just be that much easier to take IF you have to have it. I hope you don't!! So do you have all the fun stuff ready? Bags packed? Room ready?? All the big stuff out of the way? I can't remember what name you had picked out?!?! I'm just so excited for ya and can't wait to hear all the updates!!!

Thanks, Gwen!!! Everything is ready! The nursery is set, clothes washed, bags packed!! We just need our little baby now

I actually hadn't packed my bags until Saturday night when my midwife said I had to go to L&D for BP. I started to panic that they might keep me, so I immediately threw everything together!! I am so glad it's done though!

We do have a name picked out- but it's a secret for now

Holy Erin - I remember when you got your BFP! Just after I joined, you announced that beautiful positive test - and now here you are, going to L&D, having your bag packed, dialating and everything! *sniffles* I'm so happy for you, and I can't wait to see pics of your beautiful baby boy!
