I've heard of bad headaches while pregnant but I didn't know that they would be THIS bad! UGH

I've had 2 NASTY migranes so far - one made me miss work. The second one was today. They are so nasty - they make me throw up!! UGH!!

Anyone have any tips?

Caffeine!!!! I don't regularly drink caffeine, but was getting horrible headaches during pregnancy. Someone here told me to try caffeine. It didn't take much, only part of a soda for me and it would always get rid of the headache.

Girl, I feel your pain. I experienced my first migraines while pregnant and they were HORRIBLE! As Tonya said, drink water like it's going out of style, keep a cold washcloth over your eyes/forehead, and try and sleep them off. Hope it helps!

So sorry. I had headaches too and nothing seemed to help. But, they did get better in the second half of the pregnancy so hang in there.
