I usally get it on the right side...but I got what I think was a really bad one on my left hand side...I stood up from a crouching position, and got a very sharp pain on the left. Is it possible to get them on the left??

Yes it is. You can get them on either side... for some reason they say that most people feel them more on the right, but I get them on both sides

Yes, they are...I hadn't felt any on the left side before...so was wondering...I was also worried I had maybe carried groceries that were too heavy too...but it was just that one stabbing pain, and has been fine since then, so I think I'm ok.

Make sure you dont push yourself TOO much. I know when I was doing my usual walk today, I even got some slight pains on my lower right side and figured I was pushing too hard, so I backed off a little. It went away and came back, but it wasnt unbearable.

It's so funny because when it comes to work, I'm so careful not to lift too much or do too much, but then when it comes to home stuff, I'm not as careful...It's funny cause I should be just as careful at home...but sometimes I'm not.
