So last night I was feeding Bella as usual (she cluster feeds at night), all was fine. I had my dinner sitting in front of me going cold so DF says, if shes happy to stop let me take her for a bit so you can eat dinner. that was fine, B went off to Daddy to play and chat for a bit. 20 mins later when I went to attatch her back again she screamed and wouldnt attatch. I tried going to the bedroom to lay with her and she just kept getting crosser and more upset. This went on for about an hour and half (we had about 20 mins inbetween where she was fine and chatty) she eventually cried herself to sleep. She def seemed like she was in pain but we really couldnt see what. I wondered if her throat hurt as she wouldnt eat but it wasnt red, she didnt have a temp the only thing we can think of was wind as my tummy wasnt the greatest last night. It was so upsetting as this was our first experience of a real unsettled baby as its not like her at all. Not even booby made things better. She woke in the night as normal to eat and has been a happy little munchkin this morning but it really scraed us. you start thinking all sorts of horrible things. What do you all think? All we could think of was her tummy.
Sorry for the long post

Sometimes Ana did that too, if she was cluster feeding and started to mess about, then she would get over tired and scream, then she couldnt latch properly and was rooting round. Eventually she´s calm down enough to latch her on and then it was all OK again.

If she is fine now and didnt have a temperature, then it might just have been overtiredness (It would be so much easier if they´d sleep instead of screaming in these situations!!)

We had some fussy times with Amelia, too, in the beginning. She might have been full and overtired. Maybe gassy, too? Poor girl, though. And it's so hard on us, too, when we don't know what's wrong. Hope everything is fine now.

I'm sure she's fine, especially if she is back to her normal self today. It's so tough because we have no way of reading their minds or asking them what's wrong.

Aww poor Bella. It's so hard trying to figure out what's wrong when they are so little. I'm glad she is doing better.
